Monday, 1/21/13

  • Oven roasted chicken leg quarters (marinated in a southwestern spice blend)
  • Cilantro rice
  • Baked sweet potatoes
  • Green salad with homemade salad dressings

 

Tuesday, 1/22/13

  • Beef bourginon
  • Popovers
  • Green salad

 

Wednesday, 1/23/13

  • Bbq turkey legs
  • Baked beans
  • Coleslaw
  • Fruit salad

 

Thursday, 1/24/13

  • Teriyaki grilled chicken thighs
  • Stir fry veggies
  • Steamed brown rice
  • Chinese slaw

 

 

 

Friday, 1/25/13

  • Stromboli
  • Pasta salad
  • Dessert

 

Saturday, 1/26/13

  • Hot dogs
  • Chips
  • Cupcakes
  • Apples with caramel dip ?

 

Sunday, 1/27/13 (our 23rd Anniversary)

  • Lamb chops
  • Whipped potatoes
  • Roasted broccoli
  • Green salad
  • Molton chocolate cakes with ice cream

    MPM definitely keeps me on track. I just need to work on getting it posted by Monday!
    Your menu plan looks delicious. I like making my own salad dressings too.
