Menu Plan Monday….Friday style –Week of 10/29-11/6/2010

Breakfasts:

  • Oatmeal
  • Granola with milk or yogurt
  • Toast
  • Fruit
  • Bagels
  • English muffins
  • Eggs
  • Waffles (choice of pumpkin or banana)
  • Biscuits & gravy

Lunches:

  • Sandwiches
  • Leftovers
  • Salads
  • Pasta
  • Bean burritos
  • Quesadillas

Dinners:

Friday 10/29/10  —  out to Chipotle

Saturday 10/30/10 –

  • Italian or polish sausage sandwiches with onions & peppers
  • Crispy oven potatoes
  • Apple slices with caramel dipping sauce

Sunday 10/31/10

  • Homemade chicken noodle soup (or chicken & rice)
  • Homemade bread
  • Green salad
  • Hot cocoa & popcorn for nighttime snack

The rest of the week’s meals—choice of :

  • Asian Turkey meatballs with carrot rice, salad, possibly some stir-fried veggies
  • Muffaletta style grilled ham & cheese sandwiches & tomato soup, fruit
  • Pork carnitas tacos, black beans, mexi-salad, corn & peppers
  • Slowcooker falafel, pita bread, tabouli salad, green salad
  • Chinese chicken salad, potstickers or mini-egg rolls
