After a busy couple of weeks and eating whatever was on hand from the fridge/freezer/pantry, I’m ready to get back to menu planning. Here’s the menu plan for this week. This is loosely based on the “Spring” menu for week 1 in the “Saving Dinner: The Menus, Recipes, and Shopping Lists to Bring Your Family Back to the Table” by Leanne Ely.
