Good morning all, wanted to share my menu plan with you all, and I still have LOTS of recipes to post….this past few weeks have been quite crazy with planning a trip to Disneyland with my dh and I to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. Yes, we celebrated our 20th Anniversary on 1/27/10, and let me say, I am SO VERY VERY VERY BLESSED to have the man that the Lord set aside for me from before either of us were born! He paired us perfectly, and I can’t imagine spending my life with anyone more perfect for me! I love my man more and more every day, and am so very thankful for the lifetime that we have to spend together! 🙂 Ok, back to the menu planning…..I really do plan to get better about blogging on Sunday afternoons……and will do better with sharing the recipes that I have already promised 🙂 In the meantime, here is our menu for this week…..
Sunday, 1/31/10
- chicken tacos
- roasted cauliflower (it was the type with the pyramids all over it, don’t know what it’s called, maybe romanesco?)

Wednesday, 2/3/10
- Fish nicoise
- oven roasted red potatoes
- steamed broccoli
- roasted baby beets, baby turnips with orange balsamic reduction glaze and beet greens
Thursday, 2/4/10
- crock bean soup with kale
- green salad
- whole grain rolls
Friday, 2/5/10
- homemade pizza (thai chicken, veggie and maybe a bbq chicken)
- green salad
- dessert
Saturday, 2/6/10
- dijon maple chicken
- brown rice pilaf
- baked sweet potatoes
- green salad
- any other veggies leftover from this week
