Well, lately, I’ve been doing a lot of cooking…..more planned meals (which means, they aren’t just whatever I can find in the pantry/freezer…..some thought has gone into these meals :)), some LARGE (is 800 large enough for you?) group cooking, holiday cooking, and trying to get back into healthy cooking cooking. I wanted to share a few of the recipes that I’ve been using, adapting and creating lately. Something else that I’ve been doing a lot more of lately is bread baking…..trying to get that back into my weekly routine.
