The fruit of my labors from yesterday afternoon and so far this morning…..

I mentioned in a previous post that I would be busy busy busy this week. Well, I thought I’d share a photo from what I have gotten done so far.

In the basket is 1 loaf (of a 3 loaf batch) of sourdough sandwich bread, and 14 dozen dinner rolls (6 dozen whole wheat chive crescent rolls, and 8 dozen honey oat wheat rolls). Also shown are 2 pies, 3 loaves (of a 4 loaf batch) of whole wheat bread, and 4 dozen brown and serve potato rolls (I have 2 1/2 dozen more in the freezer from last night’s baking).

Not bad for about 6 hours work, huh?

All of that down, and 12 more dozen rolls, and 10 more pies to go! 🙂 The rolls will all be finished today….the pies will be completed over the next 2 days…..I have to have refrigerator room for them, so those have to be done more “on demand” than the rolls which can be done ahead.
