Music Camp Photos

My two middle children just finished Music Camp at our church this past Sunday. They performed Slingshot Heard ‘Round The World on both Friday and Sunday evenings of this past week. Our Children’s Ministry Assistant is awesome about taking pictures of the kids throughout music camp and putting together an awesome slide show to show before the production starts. This year, the kids got to bring home a little “memory book” with some of the printed photos in them. I scanned M’s book, and when H gets home from her little vacation, I’ll scan the photos in her book and post them as well. R was a small group leader for music camp (I am so proud of her getting started serving in the church at such a young age!!!), and she had a photo or two as well. So here’s some photos from music camp.

This is the cover of the memory books that the kids made…it is made from foam cutouts.

Next is the theme verse for music camp. The kids all memorize this during the two weeks, in addition to all of the music, lines, etc….amazing! They say it all together as a group during the musical.

Here’s M’s small group. M is on the far left, being goofy….as usual. The boy on the far right is one of M’s best friends, he will be 13 in a few weeks and was M’s small group leader for music camp.

These next two are of M….

Next we have R and her small group…..I’m so proud of R and her leadership skills! 🙂 And she really loves these girls…she’d never met them before, but she showed them the Lord’s love, and had the awesome priviledge of leading one of them to the Lord 🙂
